Amaretto
1.5 oz
Bourbon whiskey
0.75 oz
Fresh lemon juice
1 oz
Simple syrup
0.25 oz
Egg white
1 whole
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice (dry shake)
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify egg white
Add ice and shake again until well chilled
Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
Garnish with lemon wheel and cherries
